TGCM KNIX Issued Knix Gift Card FAQs 

Are these the right FAQs for my Knix Gift Card?

Gift card numbers that are 16 digits, numeric are issued by TGCM KNIX; you are in the right place!  

All other gift cards (or gift cards that are 16 digits alphanumeric) can be serviced by contacting Knix customer service at this link.  

Where can a Knix gift card be purchased and redeemed? 

Knix gift cards are currently only available for purchase in Canada, and can only be redeemed for orders shipped to an address in Canada. 

How can I order a card for myself or as a gift? 

Individual digital and physical gift cards are available for purchase here. 

When can I/my gift recipient expect my digital gift card order? 

Digital gift cards are sent via email almost immediately or on the date designated by the purchaser. 

When can I/my gift recipient expect my physical gift card order? 

Physical gift cards are sent via Canada Post Regular Parcel / Lettermail, UPS Standard, Canada Post Xpressport or UPS Expedited, or Canada Post Priority or UPS Express. Based on the delivery method chosen by the purchaser, the gift card(s) should arrive within 2-10 business days. 

How do I redeem my Knix gift card? 

Knix gift cards can be redeemed in the Canada only for authorized products at www.kinx.ca by entering your gift card information at checkout. Or by presenting your digital or physical Gift Card to cashier at participating brand physical locations in Canada. 

What if I have a question about redeeming a gift card? 

If you or your gift recipient have any questions or difficulty redeeming a gift card, please reach out to customer service here.  

Does a TGCM KNIX Issued Knix gift card have an expiration date or any associated non-use fees? 

TGCM KNIX Issued Knix gift cards do not expire or incur any fees. 

How can I check my gift card balance on a TGCM KNIX Issued gift card? 

Gift card balances can be checked at this link, by entering your 16 digit card number and 6 digit PIN, or by contacting our team at knix@giftcardhelp.com. 

How can I request a replacement on a lost, stolen or damaged TGCM KNIX Issued Knix gift card? 

To request a replacement or report a lost or stolen card, please contact knix@giftcardhelp.com.
